PIE uses an estimating and project cost management package which provides actual and forecast cost comparison to budget as well as detailed breakdowns by area, discipline, phase or specific structure.

PIE uses a scheduling package for programming of project activities.

We keep our systems and procedures as simple as possible to minimize the cost to the client while remaining flexible in the provision of the appropriate strategy, report, document or specification. We also respect and value client involvement in the development and decision process.

We favour the use of engineering design and management personnel transferring to the construction site to take advantage of project knowledge.

Commissioning

PIE develops project specific plans down to the detailed execution of commissioning and then provides the resources to implement the plan through to successful delivery. Examples are available on request.
